Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship across all of Canada?
Yes. We only ship within Canada.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 4 to 6 business days. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email within 24 hours. It includes your UPS tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Your order will be delivered directly to your door.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Orders & Payments
Q: Will I get a confirmation after I order?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email right away. Keep it handy. it has your order details.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at sales@lawnsupply.ca or call 1-866-764-6726. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Insurance & Package Safety
Q: Is my order insured?
Yes. Every order is fully insured. You do not need to purchase insurance separately.
Q: What if my package arrives damaged? Take photos of the damage and email us at sales@lawnsupply.ca. We will send you a replacement at no cost to you.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will work with you on a replacement or a full refund. Visit our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.

Every product on our website includes a full description to help you choose. Still not sure? Reach out to us by phone or email and we will point you in the right direction.
Q: Are your products safe for people and pets?
Please read the product label carefully before use. It will tell you everything you need to know about safe use and handling. For specific safety questions, contact the manufacturer directly, their details are listed on the product label.
