Grub B Gon MAX targets beetle grubs living in your soil and destroying your grass roots from below. Grubs it controls include:

1. Pour granules into any lawn spreader.
2. Spread evenly across your lawn.
3. Water immediately after — about 1.25 cm of water. This pushes the product down into the soil where grubs live.
4. Keep the lawn moist before and after applying for best results.
5. Do not apply on very hard, compacted, or steep areas.
6. Do not apply in very wet or very dry conditions — this reduces how well it works.
7. Reapply as needed throughout the season.

⚠️ Keep out of reach of children. Avoid skin contact during application. Store between 4–25°C away from direct sunlight and heat. Use within 17 months of the manufacture date printed on the bag.

You can apply three times a season for full protection:

🌱 Spring (April – late May): Targets grubs that survived winter and are moving up to feed on roots.

☀️ Summer (late June – early August): Targets newly hatched grubs. Apply within 2–3 weeks of peak beetle activity.

🍂 Fall (late August – September): Targets new grubs before they burrow down for winter — reducing damage next spring.

6) Do I need to water after applying?

Yes — water in right away with about 1.25 cm of water. This moves the product down into the soil where grubs live. Without watering, the product will not reach the grubs.

7) How many times a year can I apply it?

Up to 3 times — spring, summer, and fall. Most Canadian homeowners apply once in late summer when grub damage is most visible.

8) Grub B Gon MAX vs nematodes, which is better?

Both are natural options. Grub B Gon MAX is a ready-to-use granule that requires no refrigeration and works all season long. Nematodes need refrigeration, perfect timing, and heavy watering right after applying. For most homeowners, Grub B Gon MAX is the simpler choice.
